This article is helpful by supporting the fact of trying to avoid high fructose corn syrup. It is also written in away that is very basic and not over whelming for the reader. It is recommending to consumers to avoid HFCS in their diets and list a number of foods to look for the product in. it listed a couple of products that I found useful because most people do not realize how many products contain HFCS.

I realized that a lot of times I can use a researcher’s name and find additional information that’s linked to an article. This helps me to be able to present more detailed information.
